Our business focuses on importation and supply of different types of insulation materials to the Kenyan market, including fibrous options such as fiberglass, mineral wool, and cellulose. We also offer cellular options, like rigid foam boards (Polystyrene, Polyethylene, Armaflex) and spray foam. Other types include natural fibers such as cotton and straw, as well as reflective insulation (radiant barriers). Each material features different characteristics, including density, R-value (thermal resistance), fire resistance, moisture resistance, and environmental impact.  

Our Range of Products

• Fiberglass: Made from fine glass fibers, often with recycled materials, and available in batts, rolls, and loose-fill forms. 
• Mineral wool: Made from rock (rock wool) or slag (slag wool), it effectively prevents heat loss and offers good fire resistance. 
• Cellulose: Primarily produced from recycled paper products, making it an eco-friendly choice, and is usually installed as loose-fill or blown-in. 
• Natural fibers: Includes materials like cotton (often from recycled jeans), straw, and sheep’s wool. They are eco-friendly but may need treatment for fire and mold resistance. 
• Rigid foam boards include expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), and polyisocyanurate (polyiso). They have high R-values relative to their thickness and are suitable for exterior walls, foundations, and roofs. 
• Spray foam can be either closed-cell or open-cell foam, sprayed into a cavity to expand and fill the space. It helps seal air leaks in attics, crawl spaces, and existing walls. 
• Reflective insulation (Radiant barriers): Works by bouncing radiant heat away from a space. It’s often used in attics and is most effective when combined with an air gap.
